Kiel Microbiome Center workshop
This site hosts the teaching material from the Kiel Microbiome Center (KMC) workshop hosted in September 25-26th, 2024. The workshop introduces concepts in microbiome data analysis and is intended for participants with little or no experience in bioinformatics.

Organizers
This workshop was organized by Mathilde Poyet, Mathieu Groussin, and David Ellinghaus from Kiel University, Germany. The workshop was taught by Ana Schaan, Olga Brovkina, Emmanuel Quaye, and Eike Wacker, with help from Malte Rühlemann. The workshop was supported by the NFDI4Microbiota, miTarget and Kiel Life Science.
